If you love to eat fish, but are wary of preparing it at home, this is the class for you. Learn how to select, handle and store the freshest fish. Explore the many varieties from the familiar salmon, halibut and arctic char to the more unusual black cod and skate. Begin to filet and start to prepare fish like the pros! This class is extremely popular so book early.
